What is this "gap"?

The gap consists of the fundamental difference between the needs of Client companies for volume and quality and the services offered by their current IT Consulting vendors.

Client companies have the choice of obtaining their IT Consulting resources from either the large national vendors or the smaller local vendors. While they are able to get the volume from the larger vendors they often sacrifice quality. The smaller vendors offer more consistent high quality but are rarely able to meet high volume demands.
